Services we can provide include medical information and provision of educational material about yours or a family member's medical condition. Responses are authoritative, and are made within 24 hours from the time of the request. Problems that require a more rapid response should be managed by a visit to your physician or an emergency facility.

Through the generosity of eDocAmerica, a patient’s family will be able to ask questions about their own health without having to make an appointment or leave their child’s side. Questions may also be asked about their child’s illness, but detailed questions must be answered by their child’s doctor.
